Dear Guests,

after being encouraged by many of our guests, several years ago we have decided to expand apartments offer with 2 more apartments, very close to our house. We built dislocated unit – NOVA DOMAČIJA - New Domacija House with two 3-stars quality apartments in new built extension of house 1,5 km southern from Domacija house on Ilovski stradon 23b. For they are new built and equipped, there are maybe even more comfort than Domacija house.

Very bright and modern apartments with really big windows, named apartment ANTONIA*** , about 59 m2 on the 1st floor with a nice morning sun balcony 8x1,5m on the East and apartment AMALIA***, about 53m2 on ground floor, plus the hall and atrium 6x5m in front of the house. They are very appropriate for guests, who wish to have a pleasant, peaceful, safe, comfortable and quiet stay, but still not far from the city center.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with double bed (2,0m x 1,8m) , with bedlinen included. A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave and an electro oven, a dish washer, a toaster, a boiling and coffee machine and a dining table with kitchenware for up to six persons. A living room with a studio couch, that can be used as an additional bed for one or two guests. A bathroom with shower and toilet. A cloakroom for clothes, shoes and luggage. All rooms in both apartments are air conditioned and completely furnished, also with window shades and courtains. Both apartments have central heating, a sat TV with over 400 international channels from over 10 satellites, DVD-CD player and a PC, connected to an internet via fast ADSL communication and also nootebook wireless possibility.

Besides that, apartment Amalia (in ground floor) has floor heating in the bathroom, two beds room and living room for better comfort. From the living room and two beds room there is an entrance to an atrium - a cosy terrace with a garden table and barbecue just in front of the house.

On the other hand, apartment Antonia has a bigger living room and a balcony with a table and chairs.

In ground floor is situated common utility room available for guests from both apartments with washing machine, iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner, e.t.c.

There are 3 parking places in front of the house.
Apartments are less than 300 m from the nearest bus stop and city bus (No. 19 and 27) takes you to the center in about 15 min.
Walking distance to the sharp city center and the oldest part of the city is 3 km.
