How to come to apartments Domačija?

When you come to Ljubljana by train or bus:
1. Drive with city bus: For payment drive with city bus you need special URBANA CARD – bus cannot be paid in cash! At the main railway station Ljubljana, you take local bus No.9 direction:TRNOVO (the bus stop is 50m from the exit of the railway station). You ask for the City bus No 9, in Slovene: mestni bus stevilka 9 direction: TRNOVO (pronounce as it is written) and get out on the 9th bus stop (named Veliki štradon). From here, you walk approx. 150m.
Attention! Bus drivers sometimes don't stop on every bus stop!
Last run of a bus at 22:30, first run at 05:00 (Sundays and holidays at 06:00)!

Bus drive costs 1,20EUR/ person no matter how far you go and how many times change the bus and last 90 minutes. With bus driver assistance 1 card can be used also for more than 1 passenger!
In Domačija we provide our guests also URBANA Card.

2. Much easier, safer and not much more expensive: Take a taxi, that will cost about 10 - 15 EUR per car (up to 4 passengers) from the main Station to Jelovskova 4. Taxis stay just in front of the main railway and bus Station. Warning! Drivers sometimes take a bit longer way, so tell them to drive through city center, as described for walking and shown with a green arrow on Ljubljana map – closer look.

3. If you prefer to walk, you have about 30 minutes walk through city center (Slovenska street) direct to the south, along French embassy (Francoska ambasada), bypass Trnovo church (Trnovska cerkev), at Inn Pod Vrbo (Gostilna Pod Vrbo), turn to the right and continue for 150 metres, turn left for next 50 metres and you will see the house from the first picture of this presentation (HOME).

4. When you come to Ljubljana by train, bus or airplane: We can organize in advance you taxi transfer from Ljubljana Airport J.Pucnik-Brnik, main Ljubljana bus and railway Station directly to Domacija House at the appointed prices.
