GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE AND RESERVATION:

Arrival to the apartment: after 14.00 p.m.
Departure from the apartment: before 10:00 a.m.
Arrival before 2pm on the first day or departure after 10am on the last day counts an additional day, unless agreed otherwise with the owner

In the rental price is included
bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity, gas, heating, weekly change of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths and final cleaning at departure.

The cost of the telephone is on the basis of impulses used and Slovenian Post Office price per impulse.

Tourist tax included in the rental price and will be charged daily:
*  adults 242 SIT
*  children ( 7 to 18 y.o. ) 121 SIT.
*  children up to 7 y.o.:

Discounts:
*  14 to 20 days 5% discount
*  21 to 30 days 10% discount
*  31 to 60 days 15% discount
*  children from up to 2 years without bed: free

Additional payment:
Prices are increased by 50% for 1 day stay, 30% for 2 days stay, 10% for 3 days stay and by 30% from 23 December to 3 January.

*  child's bed-baby cot: 2,000 SIT
*  pets: 2,000
*  late arrival between 21:00 and 24:00: 5.000,00 SIT
*  night arrival between 24:00 and 07:00: 9.000,00 SIT


We grant special "ivy" discount of faith to all guests, who are returning in Domacija apartments - 5%!

All services are payable in Slovenian tolars (SIT) and EUR.
Method of payment:
*  in cash
*  credit cards Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA, American Express (add 3% for bank charges).

Reservation fee: 30% of the total expected rental.
Terms of reservation: apartments can be rented or reserved while it is free and unreserved.
Reservation is completed by paying a reservation fee or authorizing the use of credit cards for paying reservation by providing us with the type, number, control number and expiry date of the credit card.

Canceling reservations: guests have the right to the return of the reservation fee with written cancellation of residence:
*  to 30 days before arrival: 50% reservation fee
*  from 29 to 22 days before arrival: 40% reservation fee
*  from 21 to 15 days before arrival: 30% reservation fee
*  from 14 to 8 days before arrival: 20% reservation fee
*  up to 7 days before arrival, the reservation fee is not returnable.

For certain rental cases, different conditions of residence can be negotiated as stated in this general notice and conditions of residence. The guest is bound to apply for reclamation to Mrs. Strnad or to agency Tour As on the same day an irregularity is found in writing within 8 days of completing residence. In other cases, reclamation can not be considered.
